What It Does

Every feature in RBIIS maps directly to a real barangay workflow — from issuing a certificate in minutes to identifying aid recipients during a calamity.

Encrypted Resident Profiles

Every inhabitant record — name, birthday, address, civil status, employment, and mother's name — is stored with AES-256-GCM encryption and accessible only to authorized users.

Household & Family Linking

Group residents into households, assign household heads, and map family relationships — making it easy to understand who lives where and with whom.

Barangay Certificate Issuance

Generate and print official barangay certificates — clearance, residency, indigency, good moral character, and more — directly from a verified resident record.

Sector Beneficiary Management

Dedicated registries for PWD, Senior Citizens, 4Ps, OFW, Solo Parents, OSY, OSC, IP, Children, and more — each with sector-specific data fields and status tracking.

Role-Based Access Control

Barangay Secretaries manage only their barangay's data. The Municipal Mayor gets a cross-barangay view. GMA-ICT handles system administration. Access is enforced at every route.

Export & Report Generation

Export resident lists and sector data for DSWD submissions, municipal planning, and disaster response coordination — with full audit logs of every export action.
